Receta Ground Meat With Spinach

Ingredientes

1 pound grnd meat (I use 2 pounds) 1 med. onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 c. oil or possibly bacon grease (not really needed)

7 ounce. can mushroom or possibly cream of celery soup (I use mushroom) 2 (12 ounce.) Packages frzn minced spinach 1 c. lowfat sour cream Mozzarella or possibly Monterey Jack cheese

Direcciones

1. Brown meat with onion, garlic and oil if you like. Add in spinach; cover and steam till spinach is separated. Remove from heat and add in soup and lowfat sour cream. Place into a casserole and top with cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
