Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 1 can (12-ounce) cocktail vegetable juice, heated
  • 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 lb Shrimp, cooked, finely minced or possibly grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Celery, minced
  • 1/4 c. Olives, finely minced

Direcciones

  1. Soften gelatin in cool water. Add in to warm vegetable juice and stir well.
  2. Refrigeratetill slightly thick and beat thoroughly till fluffy with a rotary beater. Add in mayonnaise and shrimp. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour intoa 4-c. mold. (Or possibly individual molds if you like.) Refrigeratetill hard. Turn out onto a tray and decorate to your liking.
  3. Note: If you want something different, substitute 5-1/2 ounce. can potted meat for the shrimp and season a little more highly.
