Ingredientes

  • 1 (1 lb.) roll grnd turkey, thawed
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 med. onion, minced fine
  • 1 med. potato, grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice; optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg; optional
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt or possibly less
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except the soup. If the grated potato is watery, squeeze the liquid out. Form the balls, dip into flour and brown well. Put into a baking dish. Pour the soup over the top and bake 30-45 min at 325 degrees. These meatballs are quite light and fluffy so flour them well so they will not fall apart.
