Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. grouper fish fillets
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • Paprika and parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cut fish into serving pcs. Blot excess moisture with paper towel. Make single layer in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley. Spread over fish. Sprinkle on paprika. Bake 25-30 min at 350 degrees. Garnish with minced parsley before serving.
