Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. Chopped onion
  • 1 sm Chopped green pepper
  • 1 x Clove garlic crushed
  • 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley Salt to taste Pepper to taste
  • 2 lb Grouper fillets Seasoned flour
  • 1/4 c. Clarified butter

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion, green pepper and garlic in 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil over high heat.
  2. Stir in vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper. Keep sauce hot while you cook fish. Dredge 2 pounds grouper fillets in seasoned flour. Saute/fry in 1/4 c clarified butter at high heat for 3 min each side. Pour sauce over fillets and serve.
