Receta Grouper With Salsa Verde Pepin

- Saute/fry onion, green pepper and garlic in 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil over high heat.
- Stir in vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper. Keep sauce hot while you cook fish. Dredge 2 pounds grouper fillets in seasoned flour. Saute/fry in 1/4 c clarified butter at high heat for 3 min each side. Pour sauce over fillets and serve.
