Ingredientes

  • 1 x Grouse cut into pcs Flour Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 7 c. Boiling water
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 c. Corn
  • 3 x Potatoes cubed
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3 med Onions sliced
  • 2 c. Canned tomatoes with juice

Direcciones

  1. Roll the grouse pcs in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in butter. Add in grouse and all remaining ingredients, (with the exception of the tomatoes), to the boiling water, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Add in the tomatoes and continue to simmer another hour.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
