Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Chicken tenders
  • 4 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Fine bread crumbs
  • 3 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ounce Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Chicken stock
  • 1 x Lemon Or possibly
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Marinate chicken in egg and salt mix for 1 hour. Coat chicken in bread crumbs and brown lightly in butter in pan. Transfer to casserole dish. Sprinkle sliced mushrooms over chicken, then sprinkle cheese. Pour chicken stock over dish. Bake 350 for 30 min, covered. Pour fresh lemon juice over casserole just before serving. Optional: fresh parsley sprigs.
