Ingredientes
- 1 sm ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 sm tomato, seeded and finely minced
- 1 sm garlic clove, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) finely minced onion
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon or possibly lime juice Warm sauce to taste Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mash the avocado with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
- Serves 1.
