Ingredientes

  • 3 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 c. Cool water
  • 3/4 c. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 pkt Sugar-free instant chocolate pudding, (1.4 ounce.)
  • 2 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 20 ounce Canned light cherry pie filling Frzn light nondairy whipped topping, thawed, optional

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 13 x 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  3. In large bowl, combine water, apple sauce, Large eggs, vinegar and vanilla. Add in flour mix to apple sauce mix; stir till well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 45 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cold completely on wire rack.
  6. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using 2 c. skim lowfat milk.
  7. Spread top of cake with pudding; chill till set. Top proportionately with dollops of pie filling; spread over pudding. Cut into 10 pcs. Serve with whipped topping, if you like. Chill leftovers.
