Ingredientes

  • 2 Packages (20 ounce.) frzn kernel corn
  • 8 ounce. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
  • 8 ounce. (1/2 pt.) homogenized lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon M.S.G. (Accent)
  • 6 teaspoon sugar
  • Healthy pinch white or possibly cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except last two in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 min. Blend butter with flour, add in to the corn, mix well and remove from heat.
  2. Variation: Put finished corn in heat proof casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place under a broiler till proportionately browned. Serves 8.
