Ingredientes

  • 1 pound short beef ribs
  • 2 pigs feet, split
  • 2 pound stew beef
  • 2 pound oxtails
  • 1 onion, cut up
  • 1 fig garlic
  • 1 lg. spoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lg. pot spoons caspeep (found in West Indian stores)
  • Water

Direcciones

  1. Wash all meats thoroughly. Put in large pot. Add in all remaining ingredients. Put water to cover meats. Cook over medium heat till meats are tender. Cook over low heat, about 2 to 3 hrs. This dish could be eaten with cooked rice.
