Ingredientes

  • 2 pound Haddock
  • 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (about 30 crackers)
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Put in fish, mix soup and lowfat milk together and pour over the fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Add in crumbs and sprinkle over fish and bake for 10 min or possibly more.
