Ingredientes

  • 1 x Quiche crust
  • 300 gm Smoked haddock
  • 1 1/2 c. Cream
  • 1 x Minced onion
  • 150 gm Grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, (2 to 3)
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. Sliced mushrooms Salt and pepper Nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Bake pie crust with weight inside for 15 min in a 350 F pre-heated oven.
  2. Remove weight and bake another 10 min.
  3. Cook onion in butter till transparent.
  4. Add in mushrooms and cook till dry.
  5. Add in flaked haddock to mix and turn off heat.
  6. Place filling on pie crust.
  7. Beat Large eggs with cream and season with spices.
  8. Stir flour into cheese and place on top of filling.
  9. Pour seasoned egg mix with green onions on top.
  10. 10.Bake for 30 to 45 min in 300 F oven.
