Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 pound chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • Healthy pinch of red pepper
  • 1 lg. clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. basil

Direcciones

  1. Arrange chicken skin side down in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and chill 4 hrs. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 30 min. Turn and bake 30 more min, basting. Broil till brown. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
