Ingredientes

  • 1 quart Habaneros, with seeds
  • 2 quart Jalapenos, with seeds
  • 1 x Cayenne, with seeds
  • 1 quart Tomatillos, husked
  • 1 x Garlic, head, peeled
  • 1 c. Cilantro, fresh
  • 1/4 c. Basil, fresh
  • 1 c. White vinegar Salt to taste Corn starch, to thicken

Direcciones

  1. Mix corn starch in vinegar. Grind all remaining ingredients together. Add in corn starch-vinegar mix and bring to a boil and simmer for 5 min and put in clean jars and process for 5 min for 8 ounce jars and 10 min for pints
