1 1/2 bags dried great northern or navy beans rinsed and soaked 6 to 8 hrs.

1/2 bag each of green and yellow split peas. Approximately

2 cloves garlic flattened with side of French knife.( Or up to 6)

1. Tbsp oregano

2 bay leaves ground pepper to taste

2 handfuls fresh green beans trimmed and left whole

Ham bone (with some meat left on.)

1 package Goya ham flavored concentrate ( or similar)
