Ham and Cheese Egg Cups

Easy and Elegant baked Egg cups perfect for breakfast or brunch fare!

Ingredientes

  • 12 slices of deli ham
  • 1 box of thawed frozen spinach
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
  2. Press a slice of ham into each muffin cup.
  3. Place some spinach into each cup on top of ham.
  4. Add in some cheese to each cup on top of spinach.
  5. Crack an egg on top of each cup and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until done!
  7. Serve with fresh fruit and toast!
