Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce uncooked spinach fettuccine
  • 2 c. sliced ham or possibly salami strips
  • 4 ounce sliced provolone cheese, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, liquid removed
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 3 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh marjoram or possibly 1/2 teaspoon dry marjoram leaves
  • 1-2 T lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cook fettuccine to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.In large bowl, put together all salad ingredients except 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese; toss gently. In small bowl, put together all dressing ingredients, adding sufficient lowfat milk for desired consistency; blend well. Pour dressing over salad; mix gently. Cover; chill 2 to 3 hrs to blend flavors. Just before serving, sprinkle with 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese. 9 (1 cup) servings.
