Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce ham minced
  • 6 ounce Cheddar cheese diced
  • 24 x wonton wrappers
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 4 c. oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix the ham with the cheese. Place 1/2 tbsp. on each wonton wrapper. Brush sides with egg.
  2. Fold wrappers over into triangle shapes. Seal the edges.
  3. Heat oil to 375F. Fry wontons in oil till golden. Serve warm with savory sauce of your choice.
  4. Yield: 24 appetizers
