  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 slc Ham, cut up
  • 1/2 x Onion, cut up
  • 1/2 stk margarine

  2. Heat margarine. Cook ham and onions in margarine till onions are wilted.
  3. Add in cooked rice till warm. Add in Large eggs, mix well and stir thoroughly. Salt and black pepper. (serves 4)
