  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. HEAVY CREAM
  • 1 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 6 x POTATOES, COOKED, SLICED
  • 3 x HARD BOILED Large eggs, SLICED
  • 2 c. COOKED HAM, CUBED
  • 1 c. RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED
  • 2 Tbsp. MELTED BUTTER
  • 1/4 tsp ONION SALT

Direcciones

  1. COMBINE Lowfat sour cream, HEAVY CREAM AND SALT IN A BOWL. LAYER 1/2 THE POTATOES Large eggs AND HAM IN A 2 Qt CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH 1/2 THE Lowfat sour cream MIX.
  2. REPEAT WITH THE OTHER 1/2 INGREDIENTS. MIX CRACKERS, BUTTER AND ONION SALT AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CASSEROLE.
