Ingredientes

  • 3 c. frzn mixed vegetables
  • 1 pound ham
  • 1 pkg. (7/8 ounce.) bearnaise sauce mix
  • Cool tap water (see pkg. for amount)
  • butter (see pkg. for amount)
  • 1/4 c. seasoned crumb stuffing mix
  • Freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, cut ham into 1/2 inch cubes (you will need about 2 1/2 c.); set aside.
  3. Prepare bearnaise sauce according to package directions, substituting water for the lowfat milk.
  4. In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, mix liquid removed vegetables, ham and sauce till blended. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and pepper. Bake for 15 min or possibly till heated through.
  5. Serve with potato patties or possibly potato nuggets and chilled fruit. Makes 4 (about 1 1/4 c.) servings.
  6. If sauce mix is not with the other sauce mixes, look in the specialty food section of your supermarket.
