Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Cured ham, finely diced
  • 2 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 x Dry red chili pepper, seed
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pep
  • 2 tsp Fruity extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 med mushroom caps, brushe

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mix, arrange in a baking dish
