Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh ham, grnd
  • 1 pound cured ham, grnd
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 can red cherries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Soften bread crumbs in lowfat milk; add in Large eggs. Mix meat and seasoning. Add in to bread mix. Mix well. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min. Dissolve cornstarch in cherry juice; add in sugar and cherries and cook till thick. Serve over ham loaf.
