Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 1/4 ounce.) can sliced pineapple, need 3 slices
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. syrup from pineapple
  • 2 1/2 lbs. grnd ham loaf mix
  • 3/4 c. crushed bite size shredded wheat
  • 1/2 c. onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 Tbsp.. Add in syrup to brown sugar; heat and stir till sugar dissolves. Pour into 9 1/2" x 5" x 3" loaf pan; lay 3 slices of pineapple on top of sugar mix. Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly; pack lightly over sugar pineapple layer. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 min to 2 hrs. Remove from oven and let stand 10 min. Pour off liquid and invert on plate. Slice into 10 to 12 slices.
