Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. onion -- finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. ham -- finely minced
  • 3 x Large eggs -- slightly beaten
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • 2/3 c. crackers or possibly bread crumbs finely crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook onion in 1 tblsp. butter till tender. Combine with remainder of ingredients. Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350F degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till a knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
