Receta Ham 'N' Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredientes

1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish 1 tbsp. minced chives

10 slices thin sliced ham, summer sausage or possibly pepper loaf 10 slices sliced cheese

Direcciones

1. In small bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Stir in horseradish and chives. Spread each meat slice with about 1 Tbsp. cheese mix; top with cheese slice and spread with another Tbsp. cheese mix. Roll up. Chill.
2. Before serving, slice each roll into 5 pcs. Serve with toothpicks.
