Ingredientes

  • 3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 c. diced cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, onions, carrots and ham, place in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Blend together the flour, soup, lowfat milk and pepper in a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly till mix boils. Pour over vegetables and ham. Cover and bake 1 hour. Remove. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
