- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes, onions, carrots and ham, place in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Blend together the flour, soup, lowfat milk and pepper in a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly till mix boils. Pour over vegetables and ham. Cover and bake 1 hour. Remove. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
