Receta Ham (or Sausage), Egg and Cheese Croissants
If you live in Utah, you will know about Kneaders. Oh how I love Kneaders...but it is over priced (in my opinion at least)! Whenever I am pregnant I for some reason CRAVE this sandwich. You can make it at home though for half the price, and it is so good!
4 Bakery croisssants
- 8 eggs
- Salt and Pepper
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- Ham or sausage (what ever is your favorite-my husband did both on his sandwich)
Mayo
Fry up your eggs (two per sandwich). Add salt and pepper and then place two slices of cheese per person. In a seperate pan cook up your sausage or warm up your ham. To your croissant spread a small amount of mayo, then your meat, and then your egg and cheese. Then serve. Delish!
