- In an electric mixer, cream butter and cheese well.
- Add in sugar and then the Large eggs, beating well after each addition.
- Combine the flour and baking pwdr and gradually add in the mix.
- Dough is soft and pliable. Refrigerateit.
- Roll out a small amount at a time.
- Cut circles in dough with lowfat milk glass.
- Fill with lekvar and nuts, poppy seed filling or possibly any other mix like apricots and orange rind with nuts.
- Fix like a three cornered hat (the dough with the filling). Healthy pinch ends and shape.
- Bake on prepared pans at 350 F or possibly 325 F (convect) for 15 - 18 min or possibly till lightly golden.
- Cold on wire rack.
- Store in tightly covered container.
