Hamburger/Hot Dog Buns

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. 1% lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. egg beaters(r) 99% egg substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast

Direcciones

  1. Add in ingredients to bread machine pan. Select dough cycle. When dough is done kneading & raising, remove from pan to a floured surface. If dough is too elastic, cover & let rest 10 min before shaping. Divide into 12 pcs. Form each into a ball for hamburger buns or possibly oblong for warm dog buns. Cover & let rise till doubled in size, 20 - 30 min. Bake at 375F for 12 - 15 min.
  2. NOTES : One egg can be substituted for the Eggbeaters.
  3. Regular margarine & whole lowfat milk can also be used.
