Ingredientes

  • Pie crust baked 10 min at 400 degrees
  • 3/4 pound hamburger
  • 3/4 c. Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Brown hamburger in a skillet; drain well. In a separate skillet put about a Tbsp. of oil. Add in allspice, cornstarch, salt and pepper, garlic pwdr, onion and pepper. Cook till brown. Add in to meat mix.
  2. In a bowl combine mayonnaise, lowfat milk, Large eggs and 1/3 the cheese. Once mixed, add in the meat mix and mix well. Pour in the pie shell. Top with remainder of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
