Ingredientes

  • 2 deep dish pie crusts
  • 1 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 1 box Rice A Roni beef flavor
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 sm. jar mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • Bacon strips

Direcciones

  1. Brown Rice A Roni in 3 Tbsp. of butter, then add in hamburger and brown together. Add in beef flavor packet and water, simmer about 20 min. Set aside to cold 5 min. Beat Large eggs, add in to still hot mix and quickly mix or possibly Large eggs will scramble. Add in liquid removed mushrooms. Mix and pour in 2 pie shells. Top with bacon strips and cook about 30 min at 400 degrees.
