- Heat butter or possibly margarine in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in onion and cook till lightly browned, about 5 to 6 min. Stir in beef; cook till no longer pink, 8 to 10 min. Drain. Stir in garlic, flour, salt, pepper and paprika; cook 5 min. 2. Stir in soup and lowfat milk. Simmer, uncovered, 10 min. Sprinkle with minced parsley, chives or possibly dill, as desired. Serve over warm noodles.
