Hamburger Steaks With Brown Gravy

Ingredientes

1 pound grnd beef
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. catsup
2 slices toast or possibly oatmeal

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

Soften toast with water. Mix with other ingredients. Add in beef to mix. Place in frying pan with 1 Tbsp. veg. oil. Brown on both sides; remove from pan. Place in baking dish. Slice small onion over meat.
