  • 3/4 c. GREEN PEPPER, Minced
  • 3 Tbsp. BUTTER
  • 3 lb Grnd CHUCK
  • 16 ounce Warm CHILI BEANS
  • 3 Tbsp. CHILI Pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. GARLIC Pwdr
  • 32 ounce TOMATOES, CRUSHED
  • 1 Tbsp. CELERY SALT
  • 1 tsp CUMIN, Grnd Or possibly SEED
  • 2 tsp SALT
  • 1 Tbsp. CORIANDER
  • 2 Tbsp. BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 c. CHABBLIS WINE Or possibly DRY SHERRY
  • 1 Tbsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 3 Tbsp. STEAK SAUCE
  • 32 ounce MEXICAN CHILI BEANS

  1. IN A SKILLET Saute/fry ONION AND GREEN PEPPER IN BUTTER Till ONION IS TRANSPARENT. Add in MEAT AND BROWN. DRAIN WELL. PLACE IN A LARGE POT. MASH Warm CHILI BEANS AND Add in TO MEAT. STIR IN TOMATOES, CHILI Pwdr, CELERY SALT, GARLIC Pwdr, CUMIN, WINE, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND STEAK SAUCE. SIMMER 1 HOUR, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. Add in MEXICAN STYLE BEANS. STIR I AND HEAT Till Hot.
