- (1- 9 inch ready made chocolate cookie crust)
- 1- (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1- (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe
- 1/4 cup creme de cacao
- 4- ounces frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- a few drops of green food coloring, if desired
- Garnish with: cool whip and chocolate mint candy bar
- In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
- Stir in lemon juice and liqueurs
- Fold in whipped topping and green food coloring if using
