Ingredientes

1 Whole red chilli cut with the seed 500g

2 Garlic peeled and smashed 50g

3 Dry red chilli cut 300g

4 Olive oil 50ml

5 Tomato paste 40g

6 Fresh tomato dice 200g

7 sugar 20g
-
8 Lime juice 80ml

Direcciones
- METHOD:
- 1 saute no 1,2 and 3 wiyh no 4
- 2 Add no5 and sauté further then add no 6,7 and 8
- 3 remove from the stove and blend
- 4 then return the blended mixture back to the stove for a boil and then cool down
