Ingredientes

2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 c. Vinegar
1/4 c. Water
2 c. Cooked beets, diced

Direcciones

Heat butter; add in cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add in vinegar and water and cook till thick. Add in beets and heat thoroughly.
