Ingredientes

  • 2 pound lean beef stew
  • 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. red wine
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 carrots, cut in 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 cans whole white onions
  • 1 pkg. frzn whole green beans

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef; pour off fat. Add in soup, wine, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hrs. Add in carrots, onions, and beans. Cook 45 min. Thicken sauce, if you like. Serve over noodles.
