Receta Harvest Beets

Ingredientes

1/4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 can cut up beets

2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt (opt.) 1/3 c. beet liquid

Direcciones

1. Combine the above ingredients, except beets in a double boiler. Heat till creamy and smooth of any lumps. Add in beets and cook thoroughly.
