Receta Harvest Butternut Squash

- Peel squash, halve lengthwise, remove seeds, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss together squash, apples, onion, rosemary, garlic and vinegar.
- Spread a double thickness of foil on a flat surface. Distribute mix proportionately on foil. Dot with butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place another sheet of foil over the top, and tightly seal edges.
- Prepare grill and preheat to medium high. Place foil packet on grill, and cook for 15 -20 min, or possibly till squash is tender.
