Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. frzn hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Corn flakes or possibly potato chips, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Thaw the frzn hash browns in a large mixing bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine the chicken soup, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, shredded cheese, minced onion, salt and pepper. Add in sauce to potatoes. Place the mix in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with crushed corn flakes or possibly potato chips. Drizzle the top with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hrs.
