Hatties Italian Pot Roast With Noodles

Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Chuck or possibly rump Roast
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic crushed ( 1/4 teaspoon pwdr)
  • 2 med Onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Basil leaves
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 can (6 ounce) Tomato Paste
  • 3 c. Water
  • 1 lb Noodles Grated Parmesan Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in Wesson oil. Remove meat and lower heat. Add in garlic and next 8 ingredients. Simmer 5 min being careful not to burn. Return meat. Mix Tomato Paste with water and pour over meat. Bring to full boil, lower heat and cover loosely. Simmer slowly 2-3 hrs turning meat occasionally. When meat is tender cook noodles and drain. Slice Roast and arrange with overtop of the noodles. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Chives.
