Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 to 8 1/4 ounce.) can sliced pineapple
  • 1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 to 2 1/2 pound broiler-fryer pcs
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Combine reserved liquid with 57 sauce and honey. Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in 7 1/2 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour on sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till tender, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple slices on top of chicken during the last 5-10 min of baking time. Makes 4 servings.
