Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (18.25 ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 2 pkt (3.4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ctn (8 ounce) frzn whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Minced maraschino cherries, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions, using a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or possibly till cake tests done; cold completely. In a mixing bowl, combine lowfat milk and pudding mixes; beat in cream cheese till smooth. Mix in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cakes. Top with pineapple, cherries, coconut and walnuts.
  2. Chill till serving.
