Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 pkt (8 ounce size) cream cheese, quartered
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Preheat electric oven to 325 F. Combine crumbs, 1 Tbsp. of the sugar, and the butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Put Large eggs, cream cheese, and 3/4 c. of the remaining sugar into blender. Blend till smooth. Pour onto crust. Bake for 35 to 45 min. Cold for 30 min. Combine lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and the remaining 3 Tbsp. sugar. Spread on cake. Bake for 10 more min. Refrigerateseveral hrs before serving.
