Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
  • 1/2 cup. Red or possibly green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1 lb Grnd fresh turkey
  • 1/2 cup. Green onion slices
  • 1/2 cup. Plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup. Teriyaki sauce

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside.
  2. Using food chopper, finely chop bell pepper and ginger root. In 2 qt batter bowl, combine 1/4 c. of the pineapple juice, bell pepper, ginger root, turkey, green onion, bread crumbs and salt; mix gently but thoroughly.
  3. Using small scoop, shape meat mix into balls; place in deep dish baker.
  4. Pour teriyaki sauce over meatballs; mix lightly to coat meatballs proportionately.
  5. Bake 30 min. Place 1 piece of pineapple on each party pick. Add in meatball and serve.
