Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
  • 2 1/2 c. undrained pineapple
  • 3 c. flaked coconut

Direcciones

  1. Combine Large eggs and sugar; beat till light. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt; add in to egg mix and beat till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf pans Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
