Hawaiian Pineapple Pie

Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. Light corn syrup
  • 1 c. Crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 c. Flaked coconut
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 1/2 stk margarine, melted
  • 1 x 10 in unbaked pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Combine Large eggs and corn syrup, beat till well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into pie shell and bake at 350 for abt. 30 mins, or possibly til pastry is brown and filling is hard.
  2. Serving Ideas : We eat as is with not topping.
  3. NOTES : You need to watch this pie so it doesn't burn. It is rather delicate to bake.
